Developer is one of a few active second wave techno artists that emerged from the Los Angles electronic dance scene in the early 1990′s.
In 1994 Developer gained is first residency on college radio station 88.7FM KSPC then shortly after Developer went to New York to start help launch the first techno distribution company on the west coast Entity Music in which the company worked with strong labels such as Axis Records (Jeff Mills), Plus 8 (Richie Hawtin) & Submerge Distribution in Detroit to name a few.
Over the last 2 decades Developer has played in various countries along side many of the worlds top dj talents. Developer gained much of his acclaim and extensive performance history from his strong mixing and programming skills as well as the rare ability to play 40 – 60 records per hour on 3 turntables with effects and a sampler .
Developer’s new and current approach on performing live come’s naturally with the evolution of technology and computers. Developer’s current set up includes – dual computers, controller, sampler, effect processors and a strong library of timeless techno/house music.
Currently Developer continues to thrive as one of the most interesting techno mixmasters from the USA, as well as the birth of his new label Modularz that features some of his early contemporaries – Silent Servant & Santiago Salazar as well as a few established as well as emerging talents that he has found over the years.
