Inspired by the early electronic music of Detroit, Chicago, early German techno and underground sounds of Belgian New Beat, he began his versatile professional DJ career in 1988. His sound is full of pounding drums and hypnotizing rhythms. Always striving to perfect his skills, he is constantly taking his music to a higher level.
Hi-Shock has performed alongside top DJs and producers such as Sven Vath, Kevin Saunderson, Oliver Lieb, Thomas P. Heckmann, Commander Tom, Lenny Dee, Mijk van Dijk, Jammin’ Unit and many others. His debut release Nagano Trax vol.1 has reached Beatport’s Top 10.
