For it's 32nd release, Elektrax Progressive brings to the table : Lithuanian newcomer Vygantas Grudikis aka Moonsky and his 'Rousing EP'.
The EP opens with the title track 'Rousing' - A deep tech take on melodic progressive house that'll easily put you into the groove. 'Rousing' is a forward thinking track and one that is a pleasure to both listen to, and play in the early sets. This one is a show stealer!
Second track, 'Just You' is pure Moonsky at work - Laced with confident, big room synth-work, a generous helping of arpeggiators, sweeps & effects that will keep both the listener and the dance floor massive guessing and on their toes waiting for the next big drop. Classic!
The Gantas Remix of 'Rousing' brings on a more electronic and edgier feel to the table - Where the original mix of Rousing could be termed as more 'organic', the Gantas Remix is definitely more 'electronic'. Featuring additional effect work, vocal stabs and even a clock-ticking-sample! - This mix gives a nice late-night / after-hours feel that works well for the mid-to-late sets.
The 2nd remix on the EP comes from the Maltese production duo called K1nk. Debuting on Elektrax Progressive with their remix of 'Rousing', this remix features lush, jazzy chords, a new guitar hook and K1nk's trademark dirty effects - A universal track that will definitely work well both for the early hours as well as for the late sets.

I would feature ‘rousing-ori mix’ in my late epic set.Break down superb, like the digital techy touch on the beats.The mainstream crowd in KL could only be excepting tracks like this if interduced and played at right time. I should say ‘rousing’ can drive the floor.ORIGINAL MIX PLEASE!
